The vehicles are already checked during assembly using checklists. The first functional tests take place after assembly, afterwards the vehicle is handed over to the quality assurance.
The quality assurance makes a final acceptance test on behalf of the client at KAMAG: there are special checklists for every vehicle type, which involve well-defined tests.

The conditions of use of the vehicle are simulated on the factory site as well as possible – this also includes tests with a load on the vehicle.

At the final acceptance test all integral parts of the contract are checked once more. The vehicles are not released for delivery until all integral parts of the contract are fulfilled.
