Part-time capacity (approx. 20 hours per week)
Working days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

We are currently looking for an

Assistant to the Management

Responsibilities: 

  • Independent organization and implementation of all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of daily operational business as well as providing support to the  management board
  • Business trip planning, appointment coordination and monitoring of deadlines
  • Organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences and events
  • Independent processing of international correspondence, creation and further preparation of presentations, statistics and decision documents
  • Coordination and monitoring of current issues
  • Support and organization of special tasks and projects

Requirements profile:

  • Completed commercial training or business studies qualification   
  • Work experience in management assistance, relevant further training is desirable
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Absolute discretion, loyalty and and possesses approriate workplace etiquette
  • Diplomatic skills
  • Team player
  • High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and job satisfaction
