For our Customer Service department, we are currently looking for a

Technical Customer Support Worker (m/f)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all warranty obligations with customers and suppliers as well as handling complaints
  • Introduction of technical improvements in new projects
  • Providing support to domestic and foreign customers both by phone and on-site
  • Answering customer enquiries regarding cases of damage and transport problems
  • Error diagnosis together with the creation of solution proposals
  • Creating the minutes of internal and external work-related and other meeting reports
  • Creation of spare parts lists for possible repair work
  • Carrying out customer acceptance in-house

Requirements:

  • Successfuly completed technical apprenticeship with further training to technician or master craftsman
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, electrics and electronics
  • Several years of professional experience in these areas
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Good command of MS Office and SAP preferable
  • Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with customers
